Orders & Lead time
Our online shop is for planning, not panic. We're talking pre-orders - think large cakes, catering boxes and larger order quantities. For a quick coffee or a cheeky treat today, swing by our cafés - we’ve got you (unless we've sold out 😬).
We bake online to order for online purchases. So a little notice helps us make it perfect for you. If you place your order before 11:30 pm, here’s when it will be ready:
- Individual Cakes, Macarons, Large Cakes (18-22cm) placed before 11:30pm – next day pickup.
- Bread, Pastry, Catering items – 2 day lead time. (So if you placed an order on Thursday, it will be ready on Saturday).
- Extra Large Cakes (30 cm) – 3 day lead time. (So if you placed an order on Thursday, it will be ready on Sunday).
When you reach the checkout, you’ll choose your pick-up date. Our system will guide you, automatically adjusting to the earliest available time based on what’s in your order.
Helpful to know: If your order includes an item with a longer lead time, we’ll schedule the whole order to be ready together. That way, everything is fresh and waiting for you in one go.
We don’t offer delivery — all orders are click & collect (pick up in-store). Simply place your order online, choose your preferred store location, and we’ll have it freshly prepared and ready for you at your chosen time.

- Extra Large Cakes (30 cm) – 4 day lead time. (So if you placed an order on Thursday, it will be ready on Monday).

We offer the following credit card payment methods -

To ensure the security of your transaction, the billing name and address provided during the checkout process must match the information associated with the credit card used for payment. It is important for us to verify this information. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer gluten-free cakes at this stage. Our production facility operates 24/7 and handles wheat-based products constantly, which makes creating a truly gluten-free cake extremely challenging.
That said, our team is very aware of the demand, and we’re currently working on a gluten-free cookie planned for release early 2026. It will be genuinely gluten-free and packaged separately to avoid any risk of contamination. Cookies are far more manageable because they’re mixed and baked in a single step.
Cakes, however, go through multiple stages over 24–48 hours, and keeping them completely isolated and gluten-free during that entire process is, unfortunately, almost impossible.
